Where are you located?
We’re located at 49 Rivalda Road Unit #2, North York, Ontario, M9M 2M4, Canada.
Do you offer custom packaging services?
Yes, whether you’re looking for bags, compressed bags, boxes or large bales, we can customize packaging to suit your specific market requirements.
What are your operating hours?
We’re open Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We are closed on the weekends.
Do you print customized labels?
Yes, we will print private labels at no extra charge. Please contact us for some samples of custom printed labels.
Do you offer items on a credit basis?
Yes, if you’re interested in purchasing products on available credit, simply fill out our credit application. You’ll be contacted by a credit specialist to discuss next steps and ordering process.
What kind of products do you carry?
We carry a full range of wiping rags, wiping cloths, absorbents, spill control, safety and janitorial products.
What is the difference between knit and woven fabric?
Examples of knit fabric are t-shirts and sweatshirt materials. It is stretchy and soft. Bed sheets and men’s dress shirts are commonly woven.
How do I buy product off of your website?
We currently don’t allow self-serve checkout on Saltex.ca. If you interested in any products in our product catalog, please contact us.
What kind of services do you offer?
We offer quite a few different types of services. Our most popular services are Custom Packaging, Private Labelling and Textile Shredding. If you interested in any of these services, please contact us.
